7bdtk Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 7bdtk website accessible at 7bdtk.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces operated by 7bdtk.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the 7bdtk Platform or who accesses any feature or service offered thereon.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access betting, casino, fishing games, and promotional services.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or other promotional value issued to a Player's Account by 7bdtk as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real money or Bonus Funds available in their Account Wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" means any supported deposit or withdrawal channel available on the Platform, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported Bangladesh bank transfer services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which Account Wallets are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of online betting or casino services is explicitly prohibited by local law and where 7bdtk does not operate.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 7bdtk Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7bdtk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 7bdtk Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to a single individual, 7bdtk reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

2.4 Account Verification. 7bdtk may at any time require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting government-issued identification documents and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 7bdtk may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 7bdtk Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 7bdtk does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Player's failure to comply with local laws.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with their Account. 7bdtk strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password and enable all available security features.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. Players must notify 7bdtk support immediately if they become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to their Account. 7bdtk will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts, Wallet balances, Bonus Funds, and any associated betting history are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 7bdtk may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, details of which will be communicated to the Player via the email address registered on their Account prior to any deduction.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 7bdtk currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other Bangladesh bank transfer services. The full list of currently supported Payment Methods is displayed on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 7bdtk reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual Accounts based on verification status or responsible gaming requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's Account Wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing bank. 7bdtk is not responsible for delays caused by Payment Method operators or banking institutions.

4.4 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund a 7bdtk Account is strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party payment account may be returned, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency. All deposits are accepted and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform. If a Player's Payment Method processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion charges levied by the Payment Method operator are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed from Accounts that have completed the required identity verification process. 7bdtk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals from Accounts where verification documents have not been submitted or have not been approved.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Time. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal to Payment Method of Deposit. 7bdtk applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawal funds to be returned to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, 7bdtk will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after satisfactory verification.

5.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds. 7bdtk reserves the right to require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is processed, in order to prevent misuse of the payment processing system. This requirement applies to real money funds and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement.

5.6 Withdrawal Fees. 7bdtk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, fees levied by Payment Method operators or banking institutions are outside 7bdtk's control and are borne by the Player.

6.1 Bonus Availability. 7bdtk offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket season promotions, and seasonal event bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all Bonus Funds issued by 7bdtk carry a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of bonus issue.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional terms, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, operating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or engaging in any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonus funds forfeited, any associated winnings voided, and their Account suspended or permanently closed.

6.6 7bdtk's Discretion. 7bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 7bdtk also reserves the right to refuse bonus participation to any Player at its sole discretion.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game category available on the 7bdtk Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — is governed by its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game or game category and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters relating to the conduct of that specific game.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. 7bdtk reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers that appear to be placed in error, wagers that arise from a manifest pricing error, or wagers that are inconsistent with the Player's usual betting pattern in a manner that suggests exploitation of a technical fault.

7.3 Technical Faults. In the event of a technical fault, game disruption, or connectivity failure during a game round or sporting event, 7bdtk will apply its best efforts to settle wagers fairly based on available data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

7.4 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted or a game outcome is settled due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, wrong market suspension triggers, or software bugs — 7bdtk reserves the right to void such wagers and adjust Wallet balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to the Player's Account.

7.5 Cricket and Sports Betting. All cricket and sports betting markets on 7bdtk, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Results are typically settled within 24 hours of the conclusion of the relevant event using verified official data sources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bdtk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, manipulate game results, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading identification or verification documents.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 7bdtk Platform software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 7bdtk staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or using any other Player's Account.

9.1 Suspension by 7bdtk. 7bdtk reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for security, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons.

9.2 Termination by 7bdtk. Where an investigation into a suspended Account concludes that a material breach has occurred, 7bdtk may permanently close the Account. In such cases, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player's verified Payment Method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

9.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. A Player may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting 7bdtk support via live chat. Upon verification of identity, the Account will be closed and any remaining Wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified Payment Method, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the 7bdtk support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no new Account may be registered by the same individual. 10.1 Data Collection. 7bdtk collects and processes personal data provided by Players at registration and throughout the use of the Platform, including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting activity records. This data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

10.2 Data Use. Personal data is processed in accordance with the 7bdtk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Players are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully. 7bdtk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 Cookies. The 7bdtk Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session security, analyse Platform usage, and improve user experience. By using the Platform, Players consent to the use of cookies in accordance with 7bdtk's cookie policy.

10.4 Communication. By registering an Account, Players consent to receiving transactional communications from 7bdtk relating to their Account, deposits, withdrawals, and security matters. Players may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the 7bdtk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 7bdtk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. 7bdtk grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted.

11.3 Restrictions. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 7bdtk Platform without the express prior written consent of 7bdtk. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12.1 Platform Availability. 7bdtk aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect Platform availability.

12.2 No Warranty. The 7bdtk Platform and all services offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7bdtk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose.

12.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bdtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 7bdtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Player Responsibility. Players acknowledge that all gambling involves an element of financial risk. 7bdtk is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of their betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.

13.1 Commitment. 7bdtk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable experience for all players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

13.2 Player Tools. 7bdtk provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via the Account settings or by contacting support.

13.3 Age Restriction. 7bdtk strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any individual found to be under this age will have their Account immediately closed and any remaining balance returned. Players must not allow minors to access or use their Account under any circumstances.

13.4 Problem Gambling. If a Player believes that their gambling is becoming a problem, they are encouraged to contact 7bdtk support immediately to discuss available options including self-exclusion and deposit limits. 7bdtk support is available 24/7 via live chat.

14.1 Right to Amend. 7bdtk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to Platform features, or changes to the risk profile of the Platform's operations.

14.2 Notification. Where a material change to these Terms & Conditions is made, 7bdtk will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

14.3 Continued Use. A Player's continued use of the 7bdtk Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not agree to the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7bdtk is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 7bdtk, the Player should first contact 7bdtk support via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 7bdtk will use its best efforts to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 7bdtk with respect to the Player's use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

15.5 Waiver. 7bdtk's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific provision must be made in writing by an authorised representative of 7bdtk to be effective.
